Chic Lash Policies (Short Version)
• Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged up to 50%, and no-shows up to 80% of the service.
• Deposits (New Clients): A $75 deposit is required and goes toward your service. Late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time with clean lashes. Late arrivals may shorten your appointment or result in cancellation (fees may apply).
• Lash Fills: At least 40% of lashes must remain. Otherwise, a full set will be required.
• No-Shows: May require full prepayment for future bookings.
• Privacy: Your personal information is securely handled and only used to provide and improve our services.
