GlowUpNow Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 21, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to GlowUpNow (“we,” “our,” or “us”). GlowUpNow is a beauty discovery and booking platform that connects customers (“Users”) with independent beauty professionals and businesses (“Providers” or “Glow Pros”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to create a Provider or Customer account. Providers must ensure their business complies with all applicable local laws, licensing, and health & safety regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Provider Listings & Content

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including business names, pricing, services, photos, and availability. By posting on GlowUpNow, Providers grant us a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute their listings across our marketing channels (e.g., Instagram shout-outs, newsletters, search results).

4. Plans & VIP Trial

GlowUpNow offers multiple plans for Providers:

New Providers are currently eligible for a 90-day free VIP trial. No payment method is required during this trial. After 90 days, your account automatically downgrades to the Free Plan, unless you manually upgrade through your dashboard.

You will retain your listing and customer data, but VIP features (priority placement, booking, analytics) will be disabled.

5. Payments & Billing

Paid subscriptions (e.g., Standard or VIP plans) are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. GlowUpNow does not store your payment details. By upgrading to a paid plan, you authorize recurring billing unless cancelled. Cancellations can be made anytime from your Provider Dashboard before the next billing cycle.

6. Booking & Requests

Some Providers may enable direct online booking (“Book Now”). Others may use inquiry-only mode (“Request”). GlowUpNow is not a party to transactions between Users and Providers. We do not charge commissions on bookings.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada.

Users and Providers can request deletion or export of their personal data by contacting us at support@glowupnow.ca.

8. Content Ownership

Providers retain full ownership of the photos, videos, and text they upload. By posting, you grant GlowUpNow permission to feature and promote your content in connection with your listing and community highlights.

9. Limitations & Liability

GlowUpNow acts as a directory and discovery platform. We are not liable for the services, prices, or actions of Providers. Users engage with Providers at their own discretion. GlowUpNow makes no guarantees of bookings or earnings.

10. Termination & Downgrade

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit false information, or misuse the platform. Providers whose VIP trial expires will automatically be downgraded to the Free Plan after 90 days.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
