Delete Your GlowUpNow Account

Customer and GlowPro accounts can be permanently deleted at any time.

Delete your account in the mobile app

1. Sign in to the GlowUpNow app.
2. Open Account.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Enter your current password, type DELETE, and confirm.

Delete your account on the website

Sign in on GlowUpNow.ca, open your profile, and use the Delete Account option. Your current password is required.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your account access and account-owned information. Depending on your role, this includes:

• customer or GlowPro profile information;
• provider listings, services, availability, and uploaded listing content;
• requests, bookings, messages, favourites, and notification settings;
• registered mobile devices and active sign-in tokens.

Information that may be retained

GlowUpNow may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or security purposes. Residual encrypted backups may remain until the normal backup rotation completes. Retained information is not used to keep your account active.

Cannot access your account?

Email support@glowupnow.ca from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
