We understand that schedules can change and will always do our best to accommodate.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows your Glow Pro the chance to offer the spot to another client.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late or missing your appointment without notice may be considered a no-show.
Following a no-show, a non-refundable deposit may be required for future bookings. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
