Booking Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at your appointment and can be paid by cash or debit unless otherwise stated. Appointment details, including the address, will be sent by email or message after booking confirmation. Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice may have the deposit transferred one time to a new appointment scheduled within 30 days. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service total and may be unable to book future appointments. Lateness Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other bookings. If there is not enough time to complete the service properly, the appointment may be cancelled and a late cancellation fee may apply. Fill Policy Lash fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain fullness and lash health. If your fill appointment is booked after 3 weeks, or if there is not enough lash retention remaining, a full set may be required instead of a fill. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service when necessary. This includes situations involving repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or failure to follow booking policies. These policies help us stay fair, efficient, and respectful of everyone’s time.
