Finding GlowPros

How do I find a GlowPro near me?

Use the main search bar on the homepage to look for services or providers in your area.

  • Type what you’re looking for (for example: “lashes”, “nails”, “balayage”).
  • Optionally add your area or neighbourhood to narrow things down.
  • Tap on a listing to see photos, services, prices, and contact options.

Tip: ask Glowy to find someone for you

Whenever you see the pink Glowy bubble, tap her and ask in your own words, for example:

  • “Lash lift near Mill Woods tomorrow after 5pm?”
  • “Nails under $70 in South Edmonton?”

Glowy will search GlowUpNow and show you matching GlowPros.

Requests & bookings

How do I send a booking request?

On a provider’s listing, you’ll see either a “Book now” button or a “Send request” button.

  • Choose the service you’re interested in.
  • Select a day and time that works for you.
  • Add any notes (for example: “first time”, “allergy info”, “short nails”).
  • Send your request and wait for the provider to respond.

What happens after I send a request?

Your request is sent directly to the provider through GlowUpNow.

  • The provider can confirm, decline, or suggest a different time.
  • You may receive an email and/or SMS when they respond, depending on your settings.
  • If you have an account, you can log in to see the current status of your request.

Status & notifications

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

After the provider responds, your request will change status.

  • Pending – request was sent, waiting for the provider.
  • Confirmed – the provider accepted your booking.
  • Declined – the provider can’t take the booking at that time.
  • Updated – the provider suggested a different time or service.

You may also get email or SMS updates when the status changes, depending on how the provider is set up.

Account & login

Do I need an account to use GlowUpNow?

You can browse listings without an account. Creating a free account lets you see your past requests and makes it easier to keep track of what’s confirmed.

I forgot my password — what do I do?

On the login page, tap “Forgot your password?” and enter the email address you used to sign up. We’ll send you a link to reset your password.
