A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit must be sent within 24 hours of booking, otherwise the appointment may not be confirmed. Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the service price, and no-shows may be charged up to 90% of the scheduled service. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After that, a late fee may apply and the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, wear comfortable clothing, and avoid caffeine before your appointment as it can cause eyelid movement during the service. For a calm and focused environment, clients are kindly asked to attend appointments alone and notify the technician upon arrival rather than ringing the doorbell. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of both clients and the technician. Payments are accepted via cash or e-transfer.
