To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before your appointment. * No Extra Guests For safety and comfort, additional guests or children are not permitted during appointments. * Arrive With Clean Eyes Please arrive without eye makeup, mascara, eyeliner, or lash glue. This helps ensure better lash retention and allows more time for your service. * Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and could be considered a no-show. * Deposit Requirement A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. * Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Refill Policy Refills require at least 40% of lash extensions remaining and should be booked within 2–3 weeks of the previous appointment. If retention is below this level, a full set may be required.
