Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled without issue when at least 48 hours notice is provided.
• Late Cancellations
Changes made within 48 hours may require a deposit to secure a new appointment.
• No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice may be charged the full service amount and may require a deposit before booking again.
• Weekend Bookings
Appointments on high-demand days such as Mondays or Saturdays may include an additional surcharge. Please inquire for availability.
• Deposits & Payments
Deposits may be required for certain services or future bookings and can be completed via e-transfer or in person.
• Additional Notes
If you have allergies or sensitivities, please mention them when booking so accommodations can be made.
