Booking policy
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• $50 deposit for a full set
• $35 deposit for refill appointments
Deposits must be sent before your booking is confirmed and will be applied toward the final service total. Deposits are non-refundable.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the deposit and may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be subject to a late fee, and appointments may be cancelled if arrival is significantly delayed.
For refill appointments, at least 50% of lashes must remain and refills are typically recommended every 2–3 weeks.
If you have sensitive eyes, allergies, or damaged natural lashes, a consultation or patch test may be required prior to the appointment.
Payments are accepted via cash, debit/credit, or e-transfer.

Good to know before you book
It’s completely normal to experience increased lash shedding in the spring and fall. Natural lashes grow, shed, and replace themselves every 6–10 weeks. During seasonal changes, this cycle can temporarily speed up due to temperature shifts.
This shedding phase usually lasts 1–2 lash cycles before returning to normal. Regular fills during this time help maintain your desired fullness.
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. No-shows may be charged a percentage of the service fee.
If you are running late, please notify the studio as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may incur a late fee, and appointments beyond 15 minutes late may be automatically cancelled to respect other clients’ time.
