Booking policy

Client Policies To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking: • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all new client appointments. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled. • If less than 40% of lash extensions remain, a full set may be required instead of a refill. • No refunds are issued on completed services. • Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face to ensure the best results. • Clients should notify the technician of any allergies, sensitivities, or eye conditions before the appointment. • Clients under 16 must have a parent or guardian signature. • All clients must complete a waiver form before receiving services. • Complimentary fixes are available within 48 hours of the appointment. After this time, standard fees may apply. • Foreign fills (work done by another technician) may be subject to additional charges.
